Grace Diquiatco, started as a sub-contractor of JK Builders Inc. in 2008, representing the main contractor at Manila Water Company Inc., Taguig Business Area to perform the following tasks, Construction of potable water line, Leak repair works, and Replacement of Valves and other system appurtenances installations. After a successful execution of the first Pipelaying Project awarded to her team by Manila Water Co. Inc. thru JK Builders Inc., under the leadership of Engr. George Agbayani, in the same year. It becomes her moral obligation to provide a continuous source of livelihood to her team. Thus, being once a liaison officer of a contractor in the same field and has good understanding of the client’s Project Management Processes and Billing System, she is confident that running construction business a fruitful and
rewarding endeavor.

Having a good start, sometime in 2011, HAYDROPITER KONSTRAKSYON-Sole was established in Taguig City to formalize the organization. The name was given by her Husband Frederick Diquiatco who chooses the company to be recognized in the original Pilipino name. HAYDROPITER is derived from “Hydro” meaning water and “Pipefitter”, while KONSTRAKSYON is the local equivalent of the word Construction. With the good performance of the company executing pipelaying projects in various locations, it was recognized Vendor of Manila Water Company Inc. – Taguig Business Area under JK Builders Inc., as the main contractor.
